We are more than just your entertainment source, as a great event is not just about finding entertainment that WOWs your crowd.   It’s about making sure that the entertainers we find for you are a perfect match for the creative theme of the event and/or your personality and style.  It’s about using our own creative imagination to help you come up with the right theme, if you need that level of creative partnership.  It’s also about taking care of the thousand and one details that go into ensuring everything goes smoothly from load in to load out.

We take care of it all:

* Identifying the Entertainment that meets your needs and budget parameters and creates the desired WOW effect for your event and your audience.

* Negotiating Artist Contracts.

* Serving as liaison with the Artist and Artist Management from contract to completed event.

* Site inspections of the Event venue, as needed.

* Designating an Event Director to be responsible for your event.   The Event Director will coordinate the Entertainment with Catering/Hotel/Venue, production company and party planners.  In most cases, this person will be on-site during your event to ensure a seamless, integrated flow.

* Producing the Entertainment.  We will work with your venue-provided production team throughout the entire process of planning the entertainment for your event. Everything will be according to  your specs and we will make suggestions to ensure a smooth delivery.  If your venue does not have a production company, we will help to source one for you, according to your needs.
